Russell Neumann graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in History. After working as an account executive in a public relations firm, he went on to graduate from the prestigious Syracuse University College of Law. Following graduation, Russell Neumann began his career as a criminal defense attorney in a well-known Houston-based law firm. Russell’s time at the firm allowed him to gain valuable trial skills defending those who have been accused of committing a crime. For close to a decade, Russell Neumann has focused his career primarily on criminal defense. In 2009, Russell and Cynthia opened the Law Office of Neumann and Rodriguez. Thanks to Russell’s impeccable advocacy skills, he has been blessed with success in the court room which is evidenced by his trial record. Cynthia Rodriguez | Attorney

Cynthia Neumann is a native Houstonian. She graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Business Management and received her Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law. Cynthia Neumann has been practicing law for over a decade focusing primarily on the areas of family, criminal and immigration law. Her main focus is family law. Cynthia Neumann has amassed significant trial experience in family and criminal law. Prior to becoming licensed, Cynthia Neumann gained experience as a law clerk in a immigration and family law practice. Additionally, she spent countless hours volunteering her extra time as a clerk for Lone Star Legal Aid–an organization devoted to providing competent and effective legal representation for low income clients. Her dedication to public service continued at the Cameron County District Attorney’s Office where she was an Assistant District Attorney. Her experience as a prosecutor proved invaluable when she transitioned to criminal defense. Cynthia Neumann began her career helping clients resolve legal disputes and continues in that same vein today. Cynthia Neumann is known as a lawyer that gives straight forward answers.
